that appears on the website is obtained through the Chamber's
main database. Member information and updates will appear on the
website when the request is received and approved by the Chamber
and forwarded to our website provider.

I have read and understand the Policy's and Procedures set forth
by the Chamber of Commerce regarding website hyper links. My signature
below serves as agreement to adhere to these policy's and procedures
and I understand that any infraction of the guidelines established
may result in the suspension of my link. I have included payment
in full for the activation of my link for one(1) year from the
date of activation. I also understand I will be billed at least
